I know that a lot of guys want to lift the heavier weights at the gym to look like a tough guy. But being a tough guy is about functional strength and results! And to get those results and extra strength, you have to focus on form before weight. I can’t stress this enough…. weight is a distant second in importance when compared to form. So start the good habits now and pretty soon I promise you will see better results!!
