I always seem to know when I should have my cheat day, but then I try to fight off the temptation. That’s what I love about this site, it helps remind me that having a cheat day is a good thing.

It’s that time of the week! Saturdays tend to be my cheat day more often than not. I really wanted to start the cheat day off right, so breakfast was definitely the best meal of the day… I wish I could say the same for the rest of my meals!!!
