Hello all and welcome! I’m really excited about my first blog on health and fitness for individual lifestyles. Having had the opportunity to live a life of extremes, from being a college kid with all the time in the world too working 7 days a week in an office environment, I know how hard it is to stay physically fit and nutritionally sound. Also, I know that at varying stages of my life, I’ve aimed at different goals. This site is designed to tackle the extremes and everything in between. Through my research I will provide my readers with the opportunity to have a customized view of how to live a healthy lifestyle under any kind of schedule! Also, I will make myself readily available to answer any and all questions that you have towards attaining your health and fitness goals. I can’t wait to hear from you, so please fire away!
P.S. For those of you who have never heard the phrase “cheat day”, it refers to the one day out of the week where you get to eat whatever you want as a reward for achieving your goals that week. Of course, “whatever you want” is subjective and is really up to you. I would recommend to utilize this day within reason. We can talk about this more later.
